Skagit Design has a number of standard pre-priced home plans. Please browse below to see some of them. However, we have found most of our clients have their own vision of what are the important features they need in a floor plan.
We are happy to modify a plan to fit your needs. We are also able to design a plan from your ideas and our experience. This may be the best fit for you and your unique situation. We can often do this custom designing and keep the home in the same pricing structure as our standard homes. Please contact us with you plan or ideas.
All of our homes are engineered by a licensed Washington State engineer. We also provide documents, plans, site plan, meet with you at your property and help you at your local building office to get your building permit.
In short, we do as much as we can to simplify the building process and make the experience of building your new home as pleasant as possible.
